On display in Altenbeken will be a water rescue unit of the German Life Saving Society (DLRG) on a scale of 1:220 - perfectly realized by Álvaro Cortes.

Vehicles of the DLRG, after all the largest voluntary water rescue organization in the world, were previously not available in 1:220 scale. Álvaro Cortes has changed that and, at our suggestion, created perfect models. A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter as a team bus for rescue divers and the VW Transporter T5 with trailer and inflatable boat, which is used as a standard towing vehicle in many organizations, are available in miniature just in time for the start of this year's swimming season. And of course, these particularly successful models will also be on display at the Gauge Z weekend in Altenbeken.
