Artitec delivers even more innovations

It seems to outshine the other five new products, which were delivered at almost the same time: the Atlas 1302 DKZW road-rail excavator (item no. 322.045) is finely designed, looks extremely realistic and impresses with its many details, which we cannot even show in our photos. Such construction vehicles have become indispensable on modern railway construction sites, and this model also features all the typical safety equipment and characteristics required for railway use. There has never before been a model of comparable quality for this purpose in 1:220 scale.

The chip shop (722.0022), which comes as a resin kit with etched parts, window film and decals, seems almost inconspicuous. Here, the customer has to do some of the work themselves, but the reward is an attractive model that has many real-life counterparts not only in the Netherlands but also in Germany. Such snack bars were once also typical in the Ruhr area, where a hearty meal was greatly appreciated after hard work. This new product therefore fits perfectly into the ‘Black Gold’ theme.

The current deliveries are complemented by four sets of figures, which appear lifelike as usual and have been ‘frozen’ in typical postures and clothing: farmer's wife with chickens (522.0010), dairy farmer with cow (522.0013) milking, forklift driver 1950-80s (522.0015) and the two railway workers with fire barrel (522.0016) warming themselves in the cold winter weather. Incidentally, unlike the product images in the announcement, the three forklift drivers have a steering wheel in their hands.
