Trainini 11/2023: Art and Japan

Art is the theme of our cover story, because Märklin has taken up what is probably the most famous artist in the world for the second time in its new wagon series: Message and work are in harmony. The painting style follows Japanese models and thus builds a bridge to a second major theme, the Shinkansen Series 0 of the JNR, which began commercial service on 1 October 1964. Rokuhan has chosen exactly this inaugural train as the model for his latest novelty.
