Few deliveries from Märklin

Only a few new products go on sale in November despite the start of the Christmas season. We briefly present them here.

Although the Christmas business is starting, Märklin has unfortunately postponed many expected deliveries - some of them to next year. The highlight of the new arrivals in November is the class 055 steam locomotive (item no. 88986). The old Prussian is now travelling with a computer number for the first time, marking her very last years of service, during which it was rarely on the track. The model with a coreless motor has direction-dependent LED front lighting on the smokebox side and is fully controlled. The counterweight on the driving axle has also been enlarged to match the prototype.

The ‘PANTONE Color of the Year 2024’ wagon (82164), which is intended more for collectors, has also arrived, featuring the colour ‘Peach Fuzz’ with various contrasts on the side walls. The Di3 628 NSB railway service locomotive (88362), which has already been announced to dealers, also appears to be about to be delivered.
